I had the opportunity to meet some of the professionals at Sparkle in two different situations. Both on the phone and in person, at the reception desk and in the dental office, all of them were very friendly and professional. The price they charge is commensurate with the excellent service they provide. Furthermore, the manager, Prachi, took an interest in the dental care of my two children and offered me a free checkup for both of them. I’ve just got home after having a very large filling replaced, I am a very nervous patient and I can truly say that Dr Priyanthan is the most gentle, highly skilled dentist I have ever been to.  I didn’t even feel the anesthetic going in!    Thank you so much Dr Priyanthan.

Lovely team, came across them in 2022 when I urgently needed to see someone as my retainer wire came undone. They were much more approachable than other places about fitting me in as I had not yet been to a dentist since moving to the UK. The reception team, dentists, and hygienists have all be really accommodating since. The hygienist Rosie (works on Thursdays), is really lovely and very experienced. Sparkle is my usual dentist, but I turned up without an appointment as I was worried about something.  The receptionist and dentist were very helpful and I managed to see the dentist and put my mind at rest.  I am very grateful. Absolutely over the moon with the service and treatment I received today at Sparkle. I had a check up with another dental practise earlier this morning and left in a bad mood as they wanted so much money from me and I felt uneasy from the get go. I was driving home and drove past Sparkle Dental Boutique and something told me to park up and go inside so I did. I was greeted with Prachi the receptionist who I straight away could feel had such great energy and she was so patient with me as I tried to explain my problems I had this morning and with my teeth. She managed to squeeze me in straight away with a hygienist and gave me some amazing advise as well as making me feel at ease. My hygienist today was Bozena who yet again had such great energy and was so lovely to me as she had patience to listen to my story but also wasn’t afraid to tell me where I was going wrong. Bozena you can tell has a lot of experience and she gave me some amazing advise along with a thorough clean which left me smiling and feeling so much better about myself. I’m booked in to see the dentist next week and to see Bozena again in 8 weeks and I couldn’t recommend Bozena enough, best hygienist I’ve had in years! Summary: you really feel welcomed here and the staff are absolutely amazing and so lovely and they do not rush you or try to take your money! Dr Priya. Thank you so much. I'm really happy with the Root Canal treatment. Considering the NHS did the crown over 20 yrs ago, it must have been complicated. Thanks again :)
