  I had the opportunity to meet some of the professionals at Sparkle in two different situations. Both on the phone and in person, at the reception desk and in the dental office, all of them were very friendly and professional. The price they charge is commensurate with the excellent service they provide. Furthermore, the manager, Prachi, took an interest in the dental care of my two children and offered me a free checkup for both of them. Although I didn't take it at the time, it was very kind of her to do so. I recommend this place and will definitely be back.

  Lovely team, came across them in 2022 when I urgently needed to see someone as my retainer wire came undone. They were much more approachable than other places about fitting me in as I had not yet been to a dentist since moving to the UK. The reception team, dentists, and hygienists have all be really accommodating since. The hygienist Rosie (works on Thursdays), is really lovely and very experienced.   Sparkle is my usual dentist, but I turned up without an appointment as I was worried about something.  The receptionist and dentist were very helpful and I managed to see the dentist and put my mind at rest.  I am very grateful.   Absolutely over the moon with the service and treatment I received today at Sparkle. I had a check up with another dental practise earlier this morning and left in a bad mood as they wanted so much money from me and I felt uneasy from the get go. I was driving home and drove past Sparkle Dental Boutique and something told me to park up and go inside so I did. I was greeted with Prachi the receptionist who I straight away could feel had such great energy and she was so patient with me as I tried to explain my problems I had this morning and with my teeth. She managed to squeeze me in straight away with a hygienist and gave me some amazing advise as well as making me feel at ease. My hygienist today was Bozena who yet again had such great energy and was so lovely to me as she had patience to listen to my story but also wasn’t afraid to tell me where I was going wrong. Bozena you can tell has a lot of experience and she gave me some amazing advise along with a thorough clean which left me smiling and feeling so much better about myself. I’m booked in to see the dentist next week and to see Bozena again in 8 weeks and I couldn’t recommend Bozena enough, best hygienist I’ve had in years! Summary: you really feel welcomed here and the staff are absolutely amazing and so lovely and they do not rush you or try to take your money! What Are The Benefits of All on 4?

Before the development of All-on-4™, patients often had to go through long, uncomfortable and expensive procedures, such as bone-grafting, to ensure that enough bone was available to integrate with their implants. With All-on-4™, there is far less likelihood of you needing any bone-grafting at all.

What is All on 4 Dental Implants?

All On 4 is a treatment that provides implant-supported dentures. These are a type of denture that are firmly attached to two or more implants in your jawbone, which creates a completed secure dentures, giving you the ultimate comfort and peace of mind. You only need between 2-4 implants to provide a firm base that will support a full denture. The denture will then be attached to the implants using a retainer system consisting of 2 components; one permanently attached to the implant, the other to the denture.

The components click together keeping your denture securely in place at all times. Once the denture is in place over the implants that’s the procedure completed. Usually you would have to wait 3-6 months for your gums to heal. Now however, with All On 4, it’s possible to fix a bridge to dental implants in the same procedure. All you have to worry about is your new natural looking smile.

Consultation and All on 4 Implant Planning

In you initial appointment we carry out a thorough assessment of your mouth, gums and teeth and plan your implant treatment.

Placing Your Implants

At your next appointment we place all four of your implants in one visit under local anaesthetic. We then open the gum and drill a small hole into the jaw bone. The implants are placed into the opening.

The Healing Phase

Usually your gum will require to be left to heal for 3 to 6 months. However with the All on 4 treatment, it is possible to fix a bridge to dental implants at the same time as the implants are placed in the jaw, giving you a beautiful smile in just a few hours.

Placing The Bridge

Your bridge is prepared and hand crafted for you prior to your implant placement appointment, so we simply check that all fits well and place the bridge restorations on your implants permanently.

The bridge is so firmly attached that the supporting pink denture plastic is not required as in a denture.

This process will allow you to have a full set of permanent, fixed teeth. Your new teeth will be the next best thing to your natural teeth leaving you to smile with confidence.
